This book made me so frustrated I am fifty percent wanting to read the second one just to answer questions I have and not looking forward to the results. Predictable and lacked relatable characters since it’s written in third person. Wonky pacing and reactions seemed dramatic like a child. Sometimes I don’t expect intelligent MCs but it became annoying the amount of times I felt the characters stumble or not fully question things completely which I felt happened due to not being in first person and fully inside their head.
