Seventh novel that I read from Matthew Quick and it still has the emotional approach wrapped together within the novel discussing mental health.

Since I've read most of Quick's novels, I was expecting something more cathartic since this is leaning on the adult side in terms of characters (and the last adult book I read from him is The Silver Linings Playbook which made me bawl)

Still a great read that delivers the message about the importance of environment in building an individual and the significance of same environment when it comes to healing.
