Last Tango in Cyberspace by Steven Kotler
3.5
Surprisingly not a cyberpunk book! If anything it's probably like a mix of neuro-punk and hopeful-empathy-punk? There were some great turns of phrase that almost satirize the noir-thriller style of prose (I'm still thinking about "cheekbones the size of supercolliders") but the plot was not very gripping and clearly was a secondary concern.
There were also some problems with the audio production. The narrator was great but the volume leveling seemed to often change between chapters.
