Another dark, mafia, grumpy x sunshine story with a hint of brat & praise kink. I'm not so keen on the brat and praise kink, so this book didn't really do it for me. There was a lot of spice but really did she need to keep saying "back hole"... It was just a bit weird and uncomfortable and not in the good way, especially as the FMC was only 17.
It wasn't a bad book or anything, I did like it overall, I just didn't enjoy it as much as I thought I would. I've already bought the rest of this series so I will continue with them. But I'm not sure I'd be desperate to, if I'd read this before buying them all.
