This book wasn't my favorite: the plot was decent enough, but I couldn't feel for the protagonists the way I was meant to, and I felt a lot of what occurred was fairly predictable. At the time of this review, it's been a few months since I've read it and I'm having a hard time recalling much about it, other than the coffee shop guy and things I didn't care for much about it. I'd recommend other historical-meets-modern-day mysteries over this one.
