I thoroughly enjoyed this sequel and just a huge confirmation on how much I’m going to love this series and why it will be a top favourite for me.
I love that we got to see all four perspectives come together in this book. It was thoroughly enjoyable to see different parts of the world, and how the story was developing in the different parts of the world. I was worried that, as I read a perspective, I would feel bored, and want to read new perspective, but I never felt that way.
I will say, there was an instance when we were following Terriana and Marcus and I felt their story was a little dull and repetitive . If Lydia and Killians storyline was at a heightened point, I don’t think I would’ve mind the slow growth of Terriana and Marcus. But it was just a little boring in the middle.
The action was great, the romance of the development was very enjoyable, and the ending have any screaming. I don’t know what I’m gonna do as I wait for the next book of the series. Things are getting very intense and the stakes are high and I am very nervous for all of the characters.
If you really enjoy fantasy romance, where the romance does not over, take the plot and character growth, and I highly recommend this series.
