Self disclosure, I read this series when it was self published. I was so excited to get the audiobooks on Netgalley!
Sasha has somehow made this story even better, which seems impossible because it was a 5 star read before and it still is now.
The following is my review from when this was called “Playing the Billionaire” I feel that it still applies.
Gabe is NOT at all what he seems!
Not going to lie, Pitching my Bestfriend; the series novella, made me HATE Gabe!!! He gives off BIG fuckboy energy buuuut he redeems himself in the end BIG TIME! He is 100% redeemed in this one! If you love a bad boy redemption arc this one is for you!
Miri is phenomenal and everyone can see it except her. She’s a badass bitch, talented athlete, and sexy af! When Gabe watches her play he knows instantly that she’s everything he wants in his bed and on his team. These two together is HOT af!!!!
