Second Read - Jan 2024 - 
It really blows my mind how many little things I manage to forget in this book. Of course there are scenes that haunt us, but we miss all of the beautiful small moments that SJM weaves into these stories (only to later rip us to shreds...) I definitely appreciated this book far more without participating in the tandem read for this reread. I got to focus specifically on Erilea, without worrying about what was also happening in Tower of Dawn.
