I grew up around Deaf culture and the Deaf world is an incredible one. The way it was brought to life and the richness and nuances of Deaf life was something I didn't know I was desperate for. Like not being dramatic. A whole chunk of my experience of the world has so rarely been represented. It felt just a little like...coming home?
