edit: i had to change my rating from 2 to 5 stars because i’m told that i’m being a hater…also i can’t stop thinking about this book. it’s simultaneously a BIG BIG NOPE and also taking over my entire brain.

this book set back my feminism by 25 years. i think it created misogyny inside of me. i want to be the main character of this book so badly i can’t even put it into words. @god me when????

i cannot in good conscience recommend this book to anybody but i devoured it in 4 hours and could not put it down. it was so incredibly bad it was actually good, i think???? i don’t know. the writing was clunky and the characters turned me into a version of myself that i hate. i don’t know. make of this what you will, i’m contemplating how to delete my existence.
