One of his better books.
Unusual for him, there was a pretty good explanation as to why what was happening could happen without the police stopping it.
Some of his stories you sort of feel like he wants to tell about the terrible things happening but sort of just pretend that the world would let it happen, "The Store" being a prime example.
This one was great. I take a small bit off for the ending which seemed a bit of a letdown.
