Where to start? Where to start?

Simply, I'm in love. Kamala is such an awesome and likable character. She captured me on page 1 and wouldn't let me go anymore. She's a character one can identify with (no matter with ethical/religious background one has) when she's has to deal with her family, friends and/or school and, yes, her religion and roots. And being a superhero on top of it? Awesome. I also love the geeky/nerdy/fangirly side of her (which is probably the side I personally identify the most with). I mean, writing Avengers fanfic? Dreaming to meet Captain Marvel/Carol Danvers? Fangirling a lot when she meets Wolverine? I love her. ♥

The story is interesting and very fast paced (maybe a bit too fast paced in some cases (like Kamala training and finding out her limits and what she's able to do. I got the feeling that that took only a few hours.)). And, it's funny. There have been serveral pages where I just had to laugh out loud (just, her and Wolverine. XD *rofl*). I, just, what the hell is the Terrigen Bomb/Mist? And Medusa? And how does Cap know Medusa? And, yep, who is Carol Danvers? AAHHHHH. This is only my second Marvel comic. I'm never getting the hang out on who is who and what happened when in which universe or whatever and everything is referenced. /o\ (and on top of it, the MCU.) *meep*

The art itself? Well, it is great when it's "zoomed in" on a character/detail but as soon at it is "zoomed out" the characters are reduced to shapes/stickfigures. :/ Also, parts 6 & 7 are once again very differently from the character design than the other parts and once again I don't like it as much as the other parts. But, at least this times the characters have been recognizable.

*impatiently waits for the next part*
