Junie B. Jones Is (Almost) a Flower Girl by Barbara Park
5.0
Thank you, Junie B. Jones and Barbara Park, for introducing me to the joys of reading.
In hindsight, I agree that Junie B. is a bit of a brat in this one, but I would like to remind everyone that this is just how kids behaved in the time before parents could give their kids their smartphone to shut them up at a wedding and other important events like that. I can't imagine these stories taking place in the time when smartphones are commonplace. Would Junie B. even be the same wild child? I wouldn't have it any other way.
