This may be my favorite of the maple hills series. I see so much of myself in Halle that’s it’s almost painful lol. And Henry’s straightforwardness is so adorable I was kicking my feet the entire time. I also really loved the fact that though he may have certain intriguing characteristics, Henry is never outright diagnosed with anything. We see his struggle with how differently his kind works and then we get to see how he works through that. I think it’s so beautiful and so fitting for how many of us have gone our lives not understanding why we may be different but still going forward anyways. I’ll definitely have to give this one a reread
