This is dark and dreamlike, and Mohammed at no point condescends to explain to the reader any details that the viewpoint character takes as read. It is a bloody and nasty dystopia, with the ultra wealthy beyond the law, and no law at all that helps the many poverty stricken individuals.
This is the kind of dystopia I want to read. Where it is the people who drive the story, not their poverty, their desperation, the dark and terrible things that happen to them.

Moderate: Body horror and Injury/Injury detail
The warnings that this story could have don't match the options in the list. There is emotional and financial abuse, and the worst parts of late stage capitalism.
