This book, I totally enjoyed reading. I finished it in one sitting in less than two hours. There is magic, mystery, a cat, some light romance that doesn't seem out of place, and finally a happy ending.
With all my favorites in one place, the book definitely made it to the list.
The climax fight had the heroine at a disadvantage, but I guess that's okay. She really wasn't in a position to do much.
The narration is light and easy to read, with humor and emotions thrown in with a balance.
