Middletide was absolutely riveting from the beginning to the end. You will fall in love with the beauty of the small town in the Pacific NW. You will be captivated by the coming-of-age story of the struggling failed author Elijah Leith and of his never-ending love for his high school sweetheart Nakita Mills. And you will grieve along with Dr. Erin Landry as she tries to overcome the guilt she feels after the death of her child. Then – you will be horrified at what happens to Erin and hope that somehow the facts as you are listening to them have a rational explanation that will prove Elijah innocent.
