I went back and fourth on my review for this book. I absolutely loved so many parts of this book...the emails and the zoo scene particularly stand out to me. The date scenes for Everly were also painfully hilarious! I loved the friendship that Hardy and Everly had it was everything you love to see (especially in a friends to lovers romance).

I really loved the side characters and the friendships in this book as well! They can really help make a book and this friend group was hilarious!

I took a star away because of the third act. In all honesty I was so upset with Hardy and he just didn't seem to get what he did and how wrong it was until Everly wasn't falling for him and the small things he was doing. I do wish he groveled more and that they had more of a conversation about what happened but we didn't get that.

While the spice in this book was good I had a hard time with some of it because of that third act. It just felt off and I wish it was happening after everything was ok between these two.
