What Moves the Dead by T. Kingfisher
5.0
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️-a wild, gothic (& somewhat comedic) ride for only 158 pages.
*What Moves The Dead? Fungus apparently.. this was a trippy, gothic retelling of Edgar Allan Poe’s Fall of the House of Usher.
I will admit that I have been on a recent binge of all things FotHoU since Netflix came out with the miniseries, and this did not disappoint! Even better that I liked the cover and then discovered it was a retelling-sign me up!
This was great and I’m curious about the follow up book. This was my first read from this author & now I’m going to have to add more books to my TBR!
