Let my review be the complete spoilers to anyone wanting to read this book but not wanting to go through the whole thing. (Also HILARIOUS I finished this on Valentine's Day)

First off, we get it, you like to have sex with dead women. I honestly understood the first time and the SEVERAL reminders throughout the book was truly unnecessary and annoying. 
So he has sex with a corpse in the beginning cause duh, that's the story and then he's called to a room as a security guard in a hospital-which he is peeved about, like sir that's your job-where a man is having a pretty reasonable crash out, seeing his wife carrying their dead baby. He notices the doctor just watching with a dead stare at the dead baby. Then the dad, who was being held back by nurses, not the actual security guard, escape, stab his wife and kill her then kill himself. The next day he catches the doctor-Helen-naked eating the dead baby. Clearly this hospital sucks cause they employed a necrophiliac, a cannibalist (idk if I spelled this right) and apparently don't have money to put cameras in the freaking morgue. They become a weird set of friends, sort of. So they go on this semi date? I don't even know if that's what you would call it and I was so annoyed with it. Cause not her saying she knows italian, french and spanish and claiming spanish to be an ugly language. Like miss girl they are all closely related! Has nothing to do with the story just wanted to rant about that. He takes her home and they were about to have sex then he runs away. Next day, she apologizes for some reason and then she offers him to watch her eat a dead baby. Mind you this is all happening QUCIKLY. So they "break in" to an abortion clinic-she has a key so not really breaking in-and she strips and starts eating a baby. Whilst this is happening she is pleasuring herself and he's super into it and they have sex while she's eating the dead baby. WILD, but wait, it gets worse. He takes a breather and then she says you should have sex with a dead baby and shockingly, he's like "idk that seems a little extreme" cause necrophilia isn't? Anywho, he ends up f***ing the dead baby while she rides his face. Oh I forgot to mention, he can "smell" when people are about to die and he walks into this room where he smelled it and its a patient who survived an assault by a few guys and she was tortured and all that but get this, she loved it! (This moment was where I knew that a man truly wrote this cause what?) She's like yeah sex is so much better this way and I have always liked it rough and all that since I was seven when my uncle raped me. Then he was like well I am going to rape your corpse and she said wonderful, be rough. I am not even exaggerating she literally said be rough and she will enjoy it cause she always enjoys rough sex. Time goes on and Helen is pregnant with the narrator's baby and at six months the baby apparently dies inside her. She calls him and she cuts herself open and eats the baby then dies. He obviously does what he does but decides to do her skull and mess with her insides cause of course he does. Takes a shower then realizes a man is about to walk inside the house and sits on the couch and waits for him to come in. The end. Obviously there's some other stuff going on but that's the gist of it. It was a book where things happened. 2.75/5
