- Strong character development? Yes

This one... wasn't my favorite Saxon James book. I still enjoyed it, it just wasn't necessarily for me, I think.

Likes:
- very purely best friends to lovers. I liked how there wasn't any long term pining; it was more like their relationship leveled up for both of them
- some variation in spice (from other SJ books, at least)
- no fwb; got to feelings very quickly
- we meet Felix! (from "The Dating Disaster")
Dislikes:
- lots of very grown-up adult problems (and I'm 30, and was still like ugh with some of them)
- kind of moody, not as light or fun as other SJ books
- all the work stuff at the hotel was lowkey boring to me. Work is boring enough IRL.
