Play the Game by S.J. Sylvis

Omg! I loved this so much!!!
I’ve been intrigued by our grumpy goalie, Emory, from the start when we met him in the Bexley U books. (*it is NOT necessary to have read the BexU books before staring this!*) When I realized this was Emory’s story, to say I was PUMPED! to meet the girl who was going to stump the grump! *Cue all the girlie squeals!*
Scottie is exactly what I want in a Heroine. Fierce, yet vulnerable; Funny and serious when needed; Stands strong when necessary, but also a little fragile; a ray of sunshine with a sassy mouth always ready with a sarcastic quip. I just loved her so much!
I absolutely loved this book so much! I can’t wait to see what SJ Sylvis does next! If she writes it, I’m going to be reading it, and buying it for my trophy shelf 😂
