Wow this book was sooo magical and quite a quick read. I felt the characters were developed and loveable. I enjoyed the lovely, realistic story of Willowdean. It was not just a typical fat girl story too. It was raw, alive and beautiful. Minimal cliches. Overall a 5 star read for me. Will definitely be getting Puddin'. Edit: freaking ish!!! I just realized Puddin' has got characters from Dumplin' which is so freaking awesome considering I now had this empty feeling in my chest like I'm missing someone. Yas! Yas! Yas!
