The Hero of Ages by Brandon Sanderson
5.0
Since this is the last in the Era 1 series of Mistborn, I don't want to give anything away when the book synopsis explains. I listened to the audio and read physically; the audio is really good!
My feelings on this though are....wow! I think this is my favorite book of the series. Twists and turns; many times I was reading and came to a part where I literally was saying "WHAT?!" out loud. Or gasping because "OMG, I didn't expect that!"
I'm actually pretty shook over this book and this whole series! If you're wanting to get into epic fantasy, THIS is the way to start! I can NOT do this book/series justice in a review because I don't have the words. It was powerful; it was suspenseful; it was about trust and faith and hope.
I've become a re-reader now that I've moved into reading fantasy and I already can't wait to reread this series again and pick up on nuggets I missed the first time.
