Cool idea but feel short for me.
Writing was best when the setting was Savannah.
Loner/outsider, powerful girl who repeatedly and violently alienates herself from everyone somehow uniting her classmates and saving the world - one she’s not even sure she likes…
But I guess if this book had me arguing with it then it did its job to push me and make me think.
