Origin by Dan Brown

5.0

Robert Langdon needs to learn how to stay in his house. He's going to regret it in a very permanent way one of these times!

I had such high hopes for Origin, and they were all surpassed. I am in awe of the amount of research and dedication Brown puts into these books, and it shows in each and every one. I mean, I guessed who was behind it all not even a third into the book (
Spoiler mostly because I don't trust AI, but whatever
), but waiting to see if I was correct engrossed me just as much. I was always questioning if there was a more logical answer. That being said, there were still many times that I was not expecting a twist. Brown is a master at keeping you on the edge of your seat.

Oh, and that discovery? So worth the wait, at least in my mind.
