A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas

5.0

My heart is so happy and full and I BAWLED through the last few chapters -- and you know what? Onl 10% of that came from the romance. Yes, it was amazing. Yes, I loved the slight enemies-to-lovers feel, the forced proximity, the possessive brute of a man that Cassian is. But what I loved most of all?

Nesta.

Nesta, and her journey to self-love, and her friends -- old and new. Nesta, and her family, and her history, and the beauty within her that she could never fully see. Nesta, and her awful, amazing power that she knew so wisely not to wield in times of pain and anguish.

Rhys and Feyre will always be my ship. I love their love story so much it lives in my head rent free. But NESTA, she feels like a soul sister not just to me but to many women I know and love. She is fierce and gentle, strong and kind, lovely and fearsome. I thoroughly enjoyed watching her character flourish in these pages. Five stars!
