Z-Burbia by Jake Bible
4.0
This book came highly recommended by a fellow zombie-fiction fan, and I have to admit, in the beginning, it was slow. Jace and his family have survived Z-Day by holing up in the suburbian mecca Whispering Pines. They've figured out how to keep the zombies out, keep their people in and safe, and hell, they even have electricity and and HOA, run by the Dolores Umbridge-like Brenda and her minions. So, cush life after the zombie apocalypse, right?
Then, it gets a bit darker...
It gets a bit more actiony...
It gets a heck of a lot more exciting.
There's cannibals, crazy-dudes, an Eden-like farm, and a plan to rebuild it all, so you should read it.
