“And I realized…it’s not that I didn’t believe in love before. It’s that I was saving it all for you.”

This was only semi like the Princess Diaries 2 and honestly this was actually rather boring…I’m sorry but it was. I would rather read the first one ten times over because the plot kept me going. The time jump was ridiculous and made no sense how it was made. The amount of “protective” repetition was not it – like Rhys you're cool but get a grip. He just wasn’t realistic to me sometimes with his over protectiveness. The smut was mid and I didn’t really care for it. Finally when I arrived at chapter 41 things finally started to get INTRESTATING! I just wanna say Rhys finding out about his fathers side of the family was very much needed.

“I’m calling in my favor.” “I was expecting your call. What can I do for you, Your Highness?”

– I did indeed scream when I read this because it is ALEX freaking VOLKOV!

Alex and the other three girls from the friend group should’ve been included in this MORE! Their compatibility and banter was so amazing. Lastly I wanna point out the fact of how Ana Huang is able to set up the next book and the next couple is literally so amazing! The way she started to set up the third AND FOURTH book was peer genius!

“We always end up where we’re meant to be.”
