This book was so twisted and I loved it. Sara Gran makes you question the reliability and sanity of the narrator in this short novel. Usually I feel with shorter books that there’s something missing but Gran was able to pack quite a lot into this story. The only thing that I feel would have made this book better would have been more information on the demon and how she found Amanda in the first place. I know that it is briefly touched on but I feel like that could have just pushed this novel to a 5 star rating for me.
