I really like Chaon’s writing style, it makes me think of a more subdued, realistic Kevin Wilson (meant as a compliment to both writers!). The story plots were ok, but the way he wrote them blew me away. My imagination was running wild long after I finished the collection, and I’m interested in reading one of his novels.
