Pretty Good

Not a bad second chance story. Everything moves extremely quickly, but I like how they acknowledge it instead of brushing over it.

Michael and John didn’t do things the right way for them the first time around, but now they have another chance and are armed with new techniques to help them. And they are actively working hard to make things right.

It was a bit OTT in some areas. There were lots of references to hockey which Michael wanted to pursue but his family disagreed with. When those came up it took me out of the story. And at the end when Michael’s family barged in at the hospital and then just stayed during diagnosis, total HIPAA violation, but I’m trying to remember this isn’t our world and they might not have patient information rights? Idk.

Good story overall.
