20th Victim by James Patterson

2.0

I like the 4 women in the Women's Murder Club, but it felt like none of them got the time they deserved in this novel. By trying include them all equally and give them all a story line, they all suffered. Claire gets massive news and yet is somehow well enough 2 weeks after to come drink at the bar. The other three get a better portion of time, yet it still feels rushed, and then Joe has a story squashed in as well. Patterson novels should be snappy and quick, but there needs to be enough substance as well, and there should have been more in this one.
