Fun short and kind of sweet novella. I initially decided to read it because ⚔️pirates⚔️ and because one of the MCs is Spanish, from Valladolid (which is two hours away from where I live, I'm sentimental like that, what can I say?).

I expected less and was utterly surprised by how well written and paced it was. The characters are well rounded for how short this was. I'm never underestimating this author again.
