Argh! I'm so addicted to this series and it ends way too quickly - my only gripe!

We learn SO much about Jay in this instalment and I honestly had a surprised Pikachu face by the time we got to Chapter 9. Wow... who would have guessed?

I was really struck when Ves was studying Jay when she thought he wasn't paying attention that this series so far has spanned several weeks. Dang... so much has happened in such a short time.

I was absolutely tickled pink when Ves was moping around and moped around even more when she found out that Jay was out on missions without her. You don't know what you got 'til it's gone! I was kind of hoping that realisation might shake her off Alban and maybe look Jay in a different light. Though it'll be interesting now that we know he has Yllanfalen blood in him if she sees him in a more romantic way.
