Okay Barry, don’t get mad at me, I love you, I do, but I COULD NOT finish this book after 3 months of trying. I’m sure this was above-average as far as presidential memoirs go, and yeah, my ADHD ass probably had no business reading a 770 page book about the minutia of American politics, but hey! I bought the book and read it, I’m entitled to my opinion.

You will probably enjoy this book if you’re like one of those people who loves Ken Burns docs, reads Robert Caro on the beach, and once spent 8 months assembling a model 16th century Spanish Caravel in a bottle. However, if you’re a normal person with a normal attention span, I would steer clear of this one.
