Yellowface by RF Kuang
Out Now

After loving Babel, I was excited to see Kuang’s newest book being released this year.

Needless to say, I devoured this book. Loved the plot. Juniper stealing the work of Athena reminded me a bit of Maude Dixon. But while that one took us all over the place, Kuang used her knowledge of the publishing world and combined it with the Twitter culture of America.

Though a much different book than Babel, the writing was fabulous. But some will have to remember this book is extremely different. So if you’re looking for Kuang to have the same exact style in this one, leave those thoughts at the door.

Highly recommend this one!
