The Complete Euripides: Volume I: Trojan Women and Other Plays by

The Trojan Women reread for the Nov 19, 2019 online book club discussion https://kosmossociety.chs.harvard.edu
No matter how many times, I read a classical work, it's never enough. There's always more to be seen in the text, more to be understood and appreciated.
My only regret is that here I don't have the Greek books -- Even the modern Greek translation is felt immensely deeper than the best English translation.
The depth and flexibility of the Greek language (even the modern version) cannot compare with the English.
Yet, the incredibly beautiful writing of Euripides can still shine through the English language (or any language) of a decent translation.
