1 star. If only I could rate this book lower than 1, I would give it hell. I don't mind reading second-chance romance, but Garnet Flats is a total miss. I hate men who will bulldoze their life back into a woman's life; force them to hear their reasons out; justify why they did what they did; and asked for immediate forgiveness as if they didn't break a woman's heart into pieces. Foster even tried to justify his actions by saying that he won't be able to provide for Talia if he didn't leave her for Vivienne, but it's just honestly his ego speaking. Talia deserved better—I said what I said.
