I have read all the books in the series but out of order. This was the last one. It was such a disappointment. Diamond could have been a bad ass and given Knox a challenge AND helped him heal from his past. Instead, she was made out to be a doormat of epic proportions who practically had to lose herself to convince Knox she was worth the risk. Lastly, the group sex scenes don't make sense either. It felt like a convenient excuse to add sex to the book..there was neither finesse or timing to it.
