Plato 101: The TextVook by Charles River Editors, Vook
5.0
This is by no means a comprehensive study of Plato, but it isn't intended to be. I give it five stars not for thoroughness, but because this book does a great job at its intended purpose: giving students a summary of Plato's writings as a foundation for further study. It's well-written, logically organized, and easy to read. Reading this is no substitute for reading the primary texts, but reading it *before* reading the primary texts will give students ideas about what to look for as they read. A good place to start for anyone interested in learning about philosophy.
