I actually feel like Banks is a better fit for Sulli. He seems to be the only one who truly understands her feelings and thought process. Akara’s feelings come across as flip-floppy in the beginning. It's strange that Banks seems to understand Sulli more than Akara, since Akara has known Sulli since she was 16.
This is my first poly-romance, and I wouldn’t have picked it up if it wasn’t part of a series. It reminds me of reading a love triangle where it’s clear who the better choice is, and for me, that’s Banks.
It’s not a bad book, but I’m not particularly invested in these characters. I really only like Banks, but it’s hard to root for just one-third of a couple.
