Don’t like this collection as much as Gill’s more personal poetry!

I liked some poems but most were just okay. I didn’t like the short stories thrown into the collection. The art was nice. 

I hated that Persephone and Hades were once again made out to be a love story so dropped half a star for that whole section 🙃 I’m tired of the “feminist” reworking of myths trying to push that narrative when Persephone was kidnapped.

Honestly if you’re a fan of Greek mythology this collection won’t offer anything new, and if you enjoy poetry (or are new to it) there’s better collections out there.
