I love all of Dreena Burton’s books, but this is the one I turn to most. Favourite recipes include Teriyaki quinoa, Lemon-broiled green beans, Veggie-sizzle burritos, “Hide the lentils” tomato sauce, the “Jumble-aya, Peanut passion sauce, Tamari-roasted chickpeas, Softly spiced nuts. I could go on… Her recipes are not fussy or difficult to prepare but have amazing flavour. And I love that she goes the extra step of putting in precise quantities for every ingredient.
