This collection (with an exception of two shorter stories from Star Wars Tales in the back) is entirely composed of the 90’s Droids titles—the serialized adventure of C-3PO and R2D2. Taking it for what it is, these can be pretty fun. There’s a good sense of humor throughout a lot of the issues, and the characterization of the two leads feels in place (3PO’s dialogue was entirely written by Anthony Daniels for one story!). I’m definitely not the target market for this—the series was popular among young children—but I can still enjoy aspects of this collection. This isn’t a must-read by any notion; this series is good for kids and for hardcore completionists.
