Living My Best Life by Claire Frost
3.0
This was a lovely little chick lit book, I read it in two sittings. It wasn’t the best written book, it didn’t break my heart or make me fall in love, but that doesn’t take away from the fact that I enjoyed this easy read book. It’s a modern day story, which explains the real life struggles that so many people suffer with. The concept of comparing yourself to others on social media is a problem that is purely eating people alive and this book did a perfect job of showing the truth.
The friendship story of the book was probably my favourite part. The girls were so different yet so the same and it was lovely to see how their friendship grew. Despite all this, I did find it a little boring every now and then and I was hardly glued to the pages. I would’ve loved this book when I was a little younger.
I recommend this booker anyone who is trying to get into reading, it’s an easy and fun read!
