This book is SLOW. Slow slow. Just know that going into it.

The best scenes were the beginning, the scene where they voted Elend out and then the last 2hr of the book

I wish a lot was edited out. It was super political and very filled out. I know so much about the world but it is gone from my mind because there was nothing to pick the pace up  for it. I will continue on because that ending was astounding. It is a common review and people say it brought them from a 2 to a 5 star but I can't avoid how lengthy for little pay out (so far) the first 2/3rds were.
