Heartstopper Volume 5 by Alice Oseman
4.0
Heartstopper continues to knock it out of the park by telling authentic teenage queer stories that really make me feel like a teenager again, but a weird alternate universe version. Seeing queer joy, acceptance, and overcoming obstacles with a found family is just so lovely to read about.
I knocked it a star because I had some issues with the printing. The white text on a light blue background was hell for me to read for the majority of the text message conversations. It also felt like some of the care done in previous printings was missing and I wasn't as blown away by the art as I was in previous books.
