I loved this book!! I learned so much about protecting myself in this crazy world we live in. It helped me feel prepared for anything and gave great tips on how to not let fear rule over my life. It also taught me so much about people and the subtle things that can have the biggest influence on our subconscious! The author gave great tips on how to utilize these influences in our daily lives and the examples she used really helps me understand and digest these tips better.

Overall, the author did an awesome job telling personal stories that were relevant to the topics being discussed, without going overboard on the details. She was straight to the point and nixed any fluff that could detract from the points she was making, while still explaining these concepts fully for the reader to understand. Her personal stories were also very moving and fascinating to listen to. I highly recommend this book!
