Generally do enjoy these stories but, as with the first book, it’s about 200 pages too long. While the book is full of character moments that show relationships among characters, they do nothing to advance the plot and bog down the story, and the same conversations are had multiple times, usually among the same cast of characters, with perhaps one change. 

Also, author has a tendency to include “and everybody clapped” moments semi-regularly.
